Dismissals

Advice and defense against disciplinary, objective or collective dismissals. We analyze the cause alleged by the company, the correct processing of the procedure and the adequacy of the compensation. We intervene in the conciliation phase and, where appropriate, before the social jurisdiction to obtain a declaration of unfairness or nullity of the dismissal.

Quantity Claims

Claim for unpaid salaries, overtime, bonuses, commissions, unpaid vacations or salary differences. We study the contract, collective agreement and labor documentation to correctly quantify the debt and exercise the claim in administrative and judicial proceedings.

Sanctions

Challenging disciplinary sanctions imposed by the company, such as suspensions from work and salary or serious warnings. We assess the proportionality of the measure and compliance with formal requirements, defending the worker's rights against possible abuses or irregularities.
