Permanent Disability
Financial benefit that compensates for the loss of income when an illness or accident, whether professional or common, permanently reduces the capacity to work. It can be recognized in partial, total, absolute, or severe disability degrees, depending on the functional limitations and their impact on the usual profession or any work activity. We study the feasibility of the file, prepared the medical and documentary phase, intervene before the Medical Tribunal, and defend the client in administrative and judicial proceedings.
Temporary Disability, Medical Leave
Benefit that covers the loss of income during the time the worker cannot perform their activity for health reasons. We advise on prolonged disability processes, reviews by the INSS, challenging improper medical discharges, and claims for denial or termination of the subsidy.
Widow's Pension
Benefit intended to financially protect the spouse or common-law partner after the death of the deceased. We analyze the requirements according to personal situation, marriage, separation, divorce, or common-law partnership, proving coexistence, economic dependence, or compensatory pension where appropriate. We manage the application and, where necessary, the defense against denials or reviews.
Orphan's Pension
Benefit directed to the children of the deceased, minors or adults under certain circumstances, to guarantee their economic stability. We advise on the recognition of the right, calculation of amounts, compatibilities, and special cases such as disability or situations of gender-based violence.
Benefits in Favor of Family Members
Benefit planned for relatives who lived with and depended financially on the deceased, in the absence of other priority beneficiaries or when protection is insufficient. We study the accreditation of coexistence, dependence, and other legal requirements, as well as the defense against unfavorable resolutions.
Child Benefits
Economic benefits intended for families with minor children or adults with disabilities, depending on income and family circumstances. We offer advice on applications, disability degree reviews, and claims against resolutions of the INSS or competent bodies.
Gender Gap Supplement
Supplement that increases certain contributory pensions to compensate for the impact that childcare has had on the professional career. We analyze the eligibility for the supplement in retirement, permanent disability, or widowhood pensions, and process its recognition or claim.
SOVI Pensions
Pensions from the old Compulsory Old-Age and Disability Insurance, directed to those who contributed before 1967 and do not meet requirements for other contributory pensions.
